This map shows classifications that are being used by the MOA assessor's office to assign land valuations.

The data is not otherwise publicly available, but was obtained by the Huffman O'Malley Community Council and HALO in 2022 through a Public Records Request in an effort to provide better transparency to property owners throughout the Municipality.

• You can change the active 'parameter' shown on the map by using the dropdown in the upper left hand corner.
• If you click on a parcel, you'll see a report of all the parameters used to value that land and a link to the Municipality's public information page.
• All classification information, with the exception of 'Calculated Slopes vs MOA', was supplied directly by the MOA.
• The percent slope calculations and comparisons with MOA's classification were automated based on MOA LiDAR data but make no claims to be authoritative.
• The Municipality has not provided information on the valuation adjustment factors that it is using for many of the parameters. These are shown with '(? adj.)' in the legend.
• Please direct any questions on the data quality to the Assessor's Office.
